Courgette arancini breaded with italian sesame seeds
Delicious and suitable as appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
5 medium courgettes
200 g. of mozzarella
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
1 egg
200 g. of ham
10 tbsp of bread crumbs
4 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper
Sunflower oil for frying
RECIPE PREPARATION

Wash and cut courgettes.

Heat oil in medium high-sided pan and add garlic and courgettes, cooking for 3 minutes until browned.

Let them cool down, then put them in a bowl with parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper.

Mix everything obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

Dice mozzarella and ham.

Mix separately bread crumbs with sesame seeds in a bowl.

In the meantime, heat about 2 inches of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for frying the arancini.

Shape the mixture into balls, placing pieces of mozzarella and ham in the center.

Dip into breadcrumbs and sesame seeds, then fry the arancini in boiling oil until browned.

Drain them and serve!
