Breaded baked fennels
This is a great dish of vegetables, delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
For fennels
5 fennels
3 tbsp of grated cheese
5 tbsp of sesame seed oil
Salt and pepper
10 tbsp of bread crumbs
4 tbsp of sesame seeds
For tomato
8 tomatoes
Salt, oregano, sesame seeds and mint
4tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
RECIPE PREPARATION

Wash and clean the fennels, then cut them into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with cheese, salt, pepper and sesame seeds.

Pour the oil on the fennels, then add the breadcrumbs.

Arrange the breaded slices on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Cook for about 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 °.

Meanwhile, wash and cut tomatoes into slices. Then, season with oil, salt, oregano, sesame seeds and mint. Serve them!
Note: I’ve seasoned fennels with tahina!
