Our Organic Sesame Cream, in Arabic “tahina”, originates from gently toasted sesame seeds. It is a thick cream, with a strong sesame flavour, used as a major ingredient in hummus or as a condiment with meat, fish or vegetable dishes.

INGREDIENTS: semi di sesamo di Ispica biologico 100% – Slow Food Presidium.
ALLERGENS: It may contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, celery, nuts.
USAGE: Stir well before use.
PRESERVATION METHOD: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
ORIGIN: Sesame seeds cultivated in Italy (Ispica, RG – Sicilia).
